<p>This music-centered, mind-body approach, grounded in Jungian, Client-Centered, and Transpersonal therapies, is used by mental health therapists, health practitioners, music therapists, expressive arts therapists, life/creativity coaches, mind-body medicine practitioners, and teachers seeking to help others.</p>

<li>How to facilitate a Guided Imagery and Music session with supervised practice </li>
<li>Appropriate selection of music related to client goals/intentions </li>
<li>Creating relaxation inductions designed to invite the client to focus the mind and body </li>

<li>Post-music session processing skills to connect session with current life issues </li>

<p>We invite you to a workshop focusing on how to integrate music into group work.  You will learn how music can be used to provide centering, focus attention, energize, enhance creativity, and reduce stress.  This workshop is open to professionals who work with groups and may be of specific interest to:  counselors, social workers, psychologists, teachers and school counselors, life and business coaches, and alternative healthcare and medicine practitioners.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This 30-hour training will prepare the participant to become a National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) Certified Acu-Detox Specialist.  The 70-hour certificate of completion will require the participant to complete an additional 40 clinical hours prior to submitting an ADS application to NADA.</p>
